Monica was a absolutely exceptional guide. The level and depth of her knowledge was remarkable. Even behind Chichen Itzá she was able to answer all questions about Mayan history and provide wonderful context and background. There were two of us and only two other people on the tour. I can honestly say that using Monica is a “must do”. It elevated our experience of Chichen Itzá to another level.

Monica was an extremely knowledgeable, very friendly tour guide. She took fantastic pictures of us and was able to answer any question we thought of. Always made sure we were in the shade if possible and pointed out many small details we would have overlooked. Highly recommend booking this tour if you go to Chichen Itza. The Private tour was definitely worth the increased price, especially when you take into account that the ticket for the site is included. Thank you Monica!

If you want to visit Chichén Itzá and have an insightful tour there, then I recommend this experience. Our guide Monica was fantastic, she texted us the day before to make sure everything was organized and was very professional during the excursion. My boyfriend and I ended up having the tour just for ourselves, which was great, felt like a total private tour. Extra point: making a genuine good relationship with the guide also makes the tour more interactive and brings tips for the holidays in Riviera Maya, which is important.
